3,000 m² of fenced grounds, a heated pool (April–September) in the heart of a tree-filled garden, a pergola terrace perfect for long summer dinners... And as the sun goes down, the pétanque court and thatched bar set the tone for a true Landes evening. 🌿

Arrival
Tenant check-in takes place between 5 PM and 8 PM on the day of arrival.
Any arrival after 8 PM is considered a late arrival and must be notified at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain the owner's agreement.

Check-out must be completed before 10 AM on the last day of the stay.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Booking Request
Fill in the online booking form. Each request is reviewed and manually confirmed by our team within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is accepted.
Payment
A 30% deposit is charged upon booking confirmation either as a card pre-authorisation or bank transfer. The remaining balance is automatically collected 60 days before your arrival.
Security Deposit
A €2,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. It is only charged if damage is found during the check-out inspection, and fully refunded within a few days of departure if no issues are noted. If paying by bank transfer, the deposit is collected on arrival in cash or by cheque.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled more than 2 months before arrival. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
Changes
Date changes are accepted up to 2 months before arrival, subject to availability. Options (pets, extra equipment, etc.) can be modified or added up to the day before arrival.

Pets are welcome at Villa Mayumba! We accept dogs, up to two, provided they are house-trained and kept on a leash in outdoor areas. A flat fee of €150 per week is required to cover additional cleaning and property maintenance. Please let us know about your pet at the time of booking so we can prepare your stay in the best possible conditions.
